We do not bill health insurance. We focus on providing an excellent primary care experience at an affordable, transparent price. We offer extended appointments so that we can really get to know who you are and help you meet your wellness goals. We encourage you to maintain health insurance that meets your needs if you are able. You may receive care with us whether you have health insurance or not and regardless of which health insurance you have. You may still use your health insurance for specialists, hospital visits, emergencies, labs, imaging, etc.- just not the monthly membership.

Absolutely! However, Medicare has strict regulations regarding direct primary care practices which limit our ability to provide the best care. Therefore, we have “opted out” of Medicare in order to provide people who have Medicare a quality primary care experience. As a result, when a patient who has Medicare sees us, we enter into a simple agreement with the patient stating we will not bill or claim reimbursement from Medicare. People who have Medicare may still use their health insurance for specialists, hospital visits, emergency department visits, labs, imaging, etc.- just not the monthly membership.
