Individual: $99/month with $99 enrollment fee.

Couple: $149/ month with $149 enrollment fee.

***Family: $199/month with $199 enrollment fee.

Note: Membership billing begins in second month in arrears. Enrollment fee is due in first month. Membership in practice does not constitute health insurance. Payment options include recurring credit card charge and automatic bank draft. ***Family membership pricing includes primary care access for up to 5 family members. ***Families with more than 5 family members who would like to add more children may add each additional child for $30 per child per month.

Labs, Medications, and Imaging

Sea and Sun Health is dedicated to assisting members obtain health care services in an affordable manner by constantly searching for the best prices for lab, medication, and imaging services.

Labs: Members have the option to pay discounted cash purchase price for labs through a major laboratory with a strong reputation.

Medications: Members have the option to pay discounted cash purchase price for medications through pharmacy with a strong reputation that also offers free local delivery.

Imaging: Members will have direct assistance from doctor in finding affordable cash purchase price for imaging studies as needs arise.

Note: Primary care members are not required to use above-noted discounts or above-noted service providers. Primary care members have the right to use any provider of lab, medication, and imaging services at their discretion. Sea and Sun Health does not bill insurance.
